Semi-Private Events

(15–50 Guests)

Perfect for birthdays, happy hours, team gatherings, and special celebrations.

    Group Size: 15–50 guests

    Spaces: Semi-private areas within Oak & Ale

    Room Rental Fee: None

   Food & Beverage Minimum: None

  Deposit: $250 refundable to reserve your date

 Deposit (December & May): $500 refundable

Most of our guests simply want a great place to gather — and that’s absolutely OK! We’re happy to accommodate groups of all sizes and budgets.

(70–200 Guests)

Oak Wine Side Buyout

Host your event on our beautiful Oak Wine Side, featuring warm lighting, flexible seating, and a lively atmosphere.

    Sunday–Thursday: $2,000–$3,000 minimum

   Friday–Saturday: $5,000 minimum

Full Oak & Ale Buyout

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire venue — perfect for weddings, company parties, and milestone celebrations.

   Sunday–Thursday: $6,000–$8,000 minimum

 Friday–Saturday: $8,000–$10,000 minimum

 Daytime Events

Hosting a brunch, luncheon, or daytime celebration?

Our daytime minimums are flexible and vary based on the season and time of year. We’ll work with you to design the ideal setup for your event.

 Food, Drink & Decorations

We make it easy to personalize your event while keeping things simple.

    Outside Food & Drink: Not permitted

    Exceptions: Cakes and desserts are always welcome!

    Decorating: Absolutely — we encourage you to make the space your own.

(We just ask that nothing is nailed, taped, or adhered to walls or furniture.)

There is off-street parking on Oak Street and a paid parking lot directly behind Oak & Ale.
